We are looking for a committed individual to join our technical Team to support our coated ambient Factory in Grantham. This role operates on Monday to Friday, flexible hours. Core hours will be from 08:15 to 17:00. But flexibility will be required in order to carry out validation outside of these hours. This role is 50% factory based 50% office work.
The Technical Administrator/validator must be able to work in a demanding environment, able to gather and analyse information quickly and able to input this information accurately into factory systems and/or reports.
They will maintain office files in a manner in which they are easily accessible and accurate. This position is permanent and full-time. For further details, please refer to Job Description. In addition to the tasks described in the JD for a Technical Administrator, the successful job holder will:
Keeping an up to date schedule/s of the nutritional testing as well as of the different validations (X-ray, Vision system, cooking, cleaning, metal detector, ZOI).
Monitor validation expiry dates.
Plan validations based on schedule(s).
Do all necessary arrangements with production, engineering, planning or any other department in order to get the validations done as per procedures and timely.
Maintain schedule(s) of the nutritional testing, as well as of the different validations (ie. X-ray, Vision system, cooking, cleaning, metal detector, ZOI).
Prepare of samples where required (e.g. nutritional).
Report adverse results and anomalies to line supervisor.
Register samples into relevant laboratory systems and collection arrangements.
The job holder will carry out the validations by themselves, as per procedure and timely.
