Credit Control Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator to come and join our team at Ibstock PLC in Ibstock, Leicestershire, LE67 6HS
Job Description:
To provide administration support to the Credit Control department to facilitate the timely collection of cash from the Group Sales Ledgers.
The main responsibilities are

To apply and monitor authorised credit limits

To process new account applications
-
To maintain credit insurance requirements
-
To maintain the Customer address book details
-
To process sundry invoices and credit notes
-
To review and enter daily cash received
-
To maintain and control the month end reconciliation process

To maintain DSO and overdue reporting processes

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

Experience of Microsoft Office

Previous office experience, although full training will be given

Knowledge of JD Edwards
