Choose your challenge – Deputy Elite Ninja (Assistant General Manager)
We are Ninjas. You are the right arm of the General Manager as Assistant General Manager. You are eager to develop and further your understanding of the General Manager role while never forgetting to take your Ninja’s on the mission with you. As Assistant General Manager, you are responsible for leading teams, ensuring that the venue operates safely, securely & profitabily, whilst delivering excellent guest experience in the absence of the General Manager, leaving our guests hungry for more & return. In a nutshell, your challenge is to support the General Manager in ensuring that operational excellence and change is embedded & understood to achieve the commercial goals of the venue. Second best isnt in our nature.
Ninjutsu (experience & skills to non-Ninjas)
- Working in a consumer facing environment
- Operating leisure venues is desirable, but not essential
- Experience of site management
- Leadership of diverse & large teams
- Understanding of sales & marketing, with a creative outlook
- Previous experience of managing & delivering P&L accounts
- Experience of working to clear, well defined health & safety procedures
