As a Front of House Team Member / Receptionist at our Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital you’ll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You’re flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
As a Member of the Front of House Team / Receptionist, you will:
- Support the smooth running of our reception areas across Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital and Nuffield Health Cancer Centre London
- Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our hospital
- Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued
