THE ROLE
You will be a senior member of our global sales team, driving outbound sales across key markets in the US, Middle East, Asia and Europe.
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will cultivate potential clients and grow relationships to drive new business. As our Senior Sales Manager, you will build out our pipeline and increase lead generation. You will feel at ease in conversation with managers through to C-suite executives, introducing individuals to the SKYMAGIC offering, presenting our credentials and guiding them through the moments we can create together. You’ll handle the full end-to-end sales process from desk research, to building relationships and closing deals.
The team work to individual and collective sales targets, which are reviewed each quarter. We are looking for a strong operator who will use initiative and bring new ideas to the table as we expand in our key markets.
As well as bringing in some super clients and projects; you’ll manage and develop the company’s CRM and support the production of new business marketing materials. We are looking for an excellent communicator who can confidently sell our business and inspire with their presentation skills. This role requires someone who is at ease talking about the technical detail of how our swarm drone fleet operates (based on a detailed briefing by our experts)
We are an international business, and there will be some occasional overseas travel to meet clients, host prospective clients at our shows and attend key networking and industry events.

What you will bring to the party:
- 3-5+ years’ sales experience within a new business, client relations or equivalent role.
- Commercial acumen, you will need to be able to close high-value deals.
- Confident, presentable and articulate with the ability to inspire a potential client.
- A strong attention to detail, willing to understand the technical details of our business.
- A passion for art, entertainment, technology and brands.
- An emotionally intelligent people person who loves to build relationships and network.
- An understanding of how different territories across the globe operate, ideally with some knowledge or experience of at least one international market.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to summarise complex ideas.
You will be happy to travel anywhere we perform in the world and have at least 6 months’ validity on your passport.
