Job description – Property Manager
Job Type: Full-time Contract.
Salary: Negotiable & dependent on experience.
22 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays

We are a leading nationwide sales and lettings agent in Wigan and Bolton, and we are part of a large network of offices across the country. We are looking to recruit a motivated and strong individual with a friendly personality to join our customer focused and proactive team based in Wigan. The ideal candidate must have experience in the lettings industry and enjoy working within an enthusiastic environment delivering a first-class service.
Job Description/Typical Tasks:
- Effectively manage relationships between landlords and tenants.
- Carry out viewings.
- Logging reactive maintenance and liaising with contractors, monitoring the progression of works through to completion.
- Ensuring all properties are legally compliant (Gas Safety Certificates, EPC’s, Legionnaires risk assessment and EICR’s).
- Serving relevant notices.
- Carrying out tenant check out’s and managing return of deposit at the end of tenancies.
- Carrying out inspections and advising landlords/tenants of their requirements.
- Other adhoc duties as per company requirements.
Essential:
- Experience within the lettings industry.
- Must have a full driving license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer focused with good organisation and time management skills.
The successful candidate will be working within a team of property professionals from a busy town centre office. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am – 1pm.
