The University of Oxford’s Medical Sciences Division is offering a new opportunity to accelerate progress in improving research culture. As the Research Culture Project Officer, you will have a crucial role in identifying and sharing good practice, collaborating to plan and deliver new programmes, and expanding our capacity to support practical initiatives to improve research culture across the Medical Sciences Division. You will work closely with colleagues in a wide range of roles in the Medical Sciences Divisional Office, Medical Sciences departments and beyond.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders in a complex and distributed environment. Strong project management and organisational skills will also be essential for delivering a broad ranging and impactful research culture programme. You will be action oriented, collaborative, and passionate about building positive and equitable research cultures and supporting excellence in research.
