Job Description
Working within a chilled environment this role is to help process the orders we receive during the day. Working Monday to Friday.
Based in Bishop's Stortford our business is the wholesale of seafood to top end catering establishments in East Anglia and London. Due to a growth in business we have had a position become available within our night warehouse team.
Main Duties:
- Picking our fresh products in an accurate timely fashion
- Packaging our fresh products with care to satisfy our high end customers
- To support and promote re-cycling initiatives
- 'Spot' Cleaning as required to work in a tidy safe environment
- To rotate stock on a first in first out basis
Person Specification:
- This post carries a high degree of trust and personal integrity is essential
- To be able to follow instructions efficiently
- To have a flexible approach to your duties dealing with situations as they develop
- Able to demonstrate a can-do attitude
- An ability to work within a team, but also willing to use initiative
No experience is required as full training will be given but as this role does require lifting of boxes which may weigh up to 25kg it is essential that the successful applicant is fit and healthy with no history of back problems.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
