Skills-
Must be able to work well in a team
Must be willing to learn
Communication with both staff and patients is a key requirement for this role
Know about procedures and be able to maintain confidentiality within the job role ( Full Training Provided)
Liaise with other medication professionals if required
Respond to queries effectively
Know how to communicate with patients in a polite manner both via phone and face to face
Be prepared to cover shifts if needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
Salary: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
