The Role:
Location: Hybrid - working from home or from Lincoln office
Hours: Part-time (20 - 30 hours per week)
Salary: Full Time Equivalent £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join us as an Administrative Professional. This vital role will support our project operations and enable us to provide exceptional services to our clients.
The role will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing diaries, producing presentations, and engaging with senior people.
Responsibilties:
- Arrange events, including managing and scheduling appointments for team members
- Attending meetings and producing minutes/taking notes
- Handling monthly invoices and collating as required
- Utilise time-saving functionalities of Office 365 to ensure smooth team communication and collaboration
- Handling incoming emails and phone calls and redirect these as necessary
- Maintaining the running of smooth administrative processes and procedures
- Produce high quality presentations using PowerPoint and other software.
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have the following:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships
Desirable:
- Experience working within the policing environment
- Experience working within a project environment
- Knowledge and utilisation of sharepoint
