This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a unique programme aimed at improving the life chances of children aged 0-3 by demonstrating what works in Bradford.

Better Start Bradford is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund until March 2025 to help children in Bowling and Barkerend, Bradford Moor and Little Horton get the best start in life.

We deliver over 20 projects for expectant families and families with children aged 0-3, including support before, during and after birth, reading, play, healthy cooking and eating and English language skills.

This job role will be to embed the Better Start Bradford key messages and learning from our programme in early years, family support, voluntary and community partner organisations across the area by providing expertise, knowledge and guidance in early childhood development.

You will offer support through adding capacity and delivery to allow organisations to embed change and develop excellence.

You will act as a positive role model with staff, volunteers and parents, demonstrating commitment to prevention and early intervention and being positive about change.
