Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12-month post working as an Assistant Psychologist in our Step Forward for Early Help service. We are a specialist service created by the local authority to support parents of children who are open to Early Help social care. The service is family focused and parents and children’s wellbeing are at the centre of our thinking.

We provide a range of support for parents who have often experienced trauma and have moderate to complex mental health needs. The service sits alongside Step Forward, between primary care and secondary care and we specifically take referrals from Early Help.

The successful candidate will join a passionate team of Clinical Psychologists and provide psychological support to the community.

Shortlisting is planned for 12th June 2023

Interviews are planned for 15th June 2023

Principal Responsibilities:
