Encore’s dedicated on site team are recruiting for Order Pickers / Warehouse Operatives / LLOP Drivers for Pets at Home in Stoke on Trent (ST4 area). All of our colleagues use voice picking system and LLOPs to pick a varied range of products

We have multiple shifts available for our Order Pickers / Warehouse Operatives / LLOP Drivers and can offer training into MHE roles with regular ongoing work and Temp to Permanent Opportunities

Your Time at Work

Order Picking – Efficiently assemble loads without error using voice Picking System & LLOP Trucks whilst working Safely and ensuring that all site-specific rules and operating practice are adhered to at all times

Colleagues will be expected to achieve Picking performance targets once fully trained – Performance Targets and the 6 week Learning Curves will be explained during your interview

Hours of Work – ALL Shift Patterns include atleast one Weekend Shift

06:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 22:00 – Rotational Shift Pattern
22:00 – 06:00 – Static Night Shift Pattern
5 Shifts out of 7 per week

Rotational Shift Patterns – Sunday to Thursday / Tuesday to Saturday / Friday to Tuesday
Night Shift Patterns - Tuesday to Saturday / Friday to Tuesday

Shift Pattern Available at Stafford:
WORK 4 days but get PAID for 5!!! on our Friday - Monday Shift
Or Sunday - Thursday / Tuesday - Saturday

Pay Rates
Basic Pay - £ 11.10 per hour
Overtime Pay - £ 16.65 per hour (All hours over 37.5 hours)

Shift Allowance / Bonuses
£ 18.75 bonus per week for working weekend rota (AM & PM – Saturday & Sunday)
£ 18.40 bonus per night shift worked between Sunday & Thursday e.g. £ 92.00 per week
£ 23.40 bonus per night shift Worked on a Friday &/Or Saturday e.g. £ 117.00 per week on a Tues - Sat nights pattern
