Hours: 30 per week

Department: Bright Start Children’s Centres


Bright Start Children’s Centre Services is offering an exciting opportunity to deliver services for families and children under 5 living within Bath and North East Somerset. We are looking for a motivated person with experience of working in partnership with parents and early childhood services.


The job involves working closely alongside children and their families through family support work, primarily delivering research-based practice within the family home and groups. It involves working with a range of agencies to support vulnerable children and families access the right help, at the right time by the right service and as early as possible, so that they thrive and achieve the best outcomes possible.


We will develop an awareness of trauma-informed and systemic working practices and aim to continue to develop and deliver excellent local services for families in a flexible and inclusive way.

We are willing to consider hours of between 22.5-30hrs a week and the post will be mainly based at Bath Children and Family Centre and will receive a parking permit.
