We now have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Team Coordinator to join the fast-paced Planning and Supply team at Hyundai Motor UK on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). Your primary focus will be working closely with our retailer partners to support them in achieving their registration targets and liaising with a wide variety of internal stakeholders to drive improvements in supply chain processes.


You will support the end-to-end new vehicle supply chain, stretching from when the retailer sells the vehicle, through the entire production process, shipment and delivery to the end customer.


The successful candidate will gain a fascinating insight into the operations of an automotive manufacturer through a role that provides real scope to add significant value to the business and drive improvements in the end customer experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with colleagues across sales, planning, logistics and the retailer network to support in the achievement of monthly registration and wholesale targets
  • Provide retailers with clear and accurate updates on the status of their sales orders, including production and delivery lead times. Aid retailers in resolving queries to support the delivery of an outstanding customer experience
  • Responsibility for acting as the Supply lead for model(s) within the HMUK product range throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Adhere to and make recommendations for improving existing supply processes.
  • Accountable for running business-critical reporting to be shared with the wider business and executive team
  • Ad hoc projects
