An exciting opportunity for reliable and dedicated individuals to join our customer on-boarding team. This is a fully remote role anywhere in the UK. Salary between £28,500 - £30,000.
This role has flexible hours and could be worked Part-time or Full-time after hours, around responsibilities and/or as a second job.
This is not a sales role.
Training provided.
Requirements
Individual specification:
- Dedicated and reliable
- Experience working with customers
Job Specification:
- Review information captured by on-boarding team
- Recommend improvements
- Draft and send emails
- Monitor, compose and send live chat messages
- Microsoft Word experience
Equipment:
We supply a laptop or you can use your own device.
