Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with an accomplished Steelwork Fabrication Company, who are recruit Steelwork Fabricators (Grantham, Lincolnshire) to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
The company design, manufacture, protective treat and site install structural steelwork including, rolled steel sections, platework and tubular fabrications & integrated specialist components. They're seeking people to join their Ancaster works.
Interviews will be taking place over the next few weeks. Interview will consist of general interview type questions and a skills test.
What does this Steelwork Welders & Fabricators role involve?
Hours: ~40 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
Salary: Dependent on skill level & experience.
What duties will this Steelwork Welders & Fabricators role involve?
Duties include but are not limited to:

Machining fabrication materials and components.
-
Fitting, setting, and installing fabricated structures.

Cutting and welding with a variety of processes.

Metal forming, bending, and finishing.

Repair, design, layout, and estimation.

Overseeing shop hands or helpers.
What will you bring to this Steelwork Welders & Fabricators role?
- Previous experience as a Steelwork Fabricator

Experience in structural steelwork but experience in similar disciplines would be considered.
