At fforest we specialise in creating interesting and comfortable spaces for guests to escape to and stay in nature.

At fforest we cater for many events. We are looking for sensitive people to help us take care of our spaces, work with us as part of the team, doing the best they can to get the job done. We are looking for hard working, creative people who are interested in food, drink and cooking outdoors and over fire.
We are looking for all levels of experience and ages and offer part time, full time, evening and weekend work.
fforest farm is set over 200 acres, walking is part of the job, being outdoors is what we love the most come rain or shine.

Duty Manager
Managing event operations and daily tasks. Working closely with the general manager the duty managers role is to complete daily tasks by delegation and deal with guest and staff questions.
Approx. 15-20 hours a week. Salary: £11.50 per hour
Team management and understanding delegation essential, hospitality experience preferred.

We are looking to build a team of local reliable bar staff to join our friendly fforest team. Good people skills, passionate about drinks, and willing to learn our way.

The fforest bars serve some of the best independent drinks in wales. We have our own beer brewed and bring in rare and special natural wines. If you have an interest in independent produce and are happy selling not just serving please apply.

Bar experience preferred. 20-40HRS A WEEK
