Job Description
Retail floor Manager - you will run the retail floor downstairs with support from the store manager, clinical floor manager and supervisor.
Location: Eastbourne
Salary: Range £28,000-£33,000 OTE dependent on experience.
Relocation allowance available if required.
Working hours: Full-Time 40 hours (one weekend day per week is essential)
Experience Level: Must have current Retail Management experience and being used to dealing with high customer volumes, no optics knowledge necessary.

As a Retail Manager at Specsavers you will work closely along side the Store Manager to help bring the energy to motivate and encourage the wider team, ensuring our high standards are maintained at all times.

With your retail experience and solid knowledge of what an excellent store looks like – you’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensure financial & performance goals are met, develop commercial opportunities and support with the recruitment & induction of new staff members.
