Due to planned business expansion, Taylor's Service Centres are now looking to recruit an additional Full Time Front Desk Customer Service Receptionist to join our professional and friendly team.
Taylor’s Service Centres is a family run business that specializes in car servicing and vehicle repairs. We offer excellent working conditions in a well-equipped environment focusing on Jaguar Land Rover and other prominent premium vehicle brands.
The successful Service Receptionist will have:
- Excellent customer service skills and have a desire to deliver a high level customer service experience.
- Be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner
- Participate and work effectively in a busy environment as a member of the team.
- Enjoy dealing with customers both face-face and over the telephone.
- Ideally have experience in working within a similar environment or have an interest in the motor vehicles.
Your duties will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries relating to service and repairs of their vehicles.
- Booking in customers vehicles into the diary / booking system.
- The processing of paperwork. Creating invoices and taking payments.
- Ensuring the vehicle will be ready at the time agreed and advising the customer as necessary.
- Ensuring the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times!
- Covering the reception desk
- Answering the telephone
- Greeting customers
