Main Responsibilities:
· Conference room, office cleaning and public areas
· Sweeping and mopping
· Emptying bins
· Cleaning of the inside of windows and doors
· General dusting and vacuuming
· Ensure that our rooms and public areas are cleaned to the required standard and are ready for our visitors and tenants.
· Coordinate with team leaders to ensure that work schedules are followed
· To report defects to all areas and equipment as and when discovered
We are looking for someone who:
· Has had experience in a similar role
· Is self-motivated and organised
· Communicates clearly and effectively
· Has the ability to work on a team as well as on their own
· Will work safely, following all training and using the appropriate ppe as required
- Has cleaning experience and an organised approach to your work
- Is proud of your work and enjoy working with others
- You will be able to demonstrate a reliable work record and attention to detail
- Is flexible where possible and keen to support when needed
- Enjoys work and has a good sense of humour
- You will be a responsible and trusted individual as a key holder to the site
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
