A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Supervisor who will work at our client’s premises..
You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.
We require supervisors to be SIA licenced – Door Supervision/Security Guarding
The security supervisor is required to provide an efficient, effective and professional security service.
Duties as a Security Supervisor
- Oversee staff training, performance, disciplinary and other operational aspects
- To ensure compliance with all statutory and relevant company and client policies
- Management of operational roster, absence reporting and other operational documentation
- Maintenance of all records and logs such as patrol logs, CCTV checks etc
- Reporting of incidents and training security team personnel on how these reports should be recorded and escalated
- Coordination of appropriate responses to emergencies and incidents
- Ordering of uniform
- Performance reviews of security team
- Monitoring access control & CCTV
- To own and deliver the range of security services required to meet/exceed the Customer requirements and add valued support to the management and delivery of the operational services
- To enhance the relationship with the customer and ensure the appropriate and timely response to all security issues and events
Job role requirements as a Security Supervisor
- Frontline SIA licence – Door Supervision/Security Guarding
- First Aid desirable
- Substantial operational security experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good technical knowledge as well as the ability to multi-task
- Be able to work under pressure whilst keeping calm and in control
