Job Description
We are looking to add an Operations Administrator to our team based at our Dartford location.
Main duties;
- Assist with invoicing to clients
- General Admin support to Operations team and Senior Manager
- Filing of operational files within our in house database
- Provide general administrative support to the Senior Managers
Applicants must have previous experience in a customer facing role, good communication skills and be able to display a positive attitude. Good organisational and customer service skills as well as good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages. Experience of company financial processes my be beneficial.
