Specifically, you will:
Perform legal invoice review.
Produce reports for client by manipulation of data in Microsoft Excel and other in-house tools.
Communicating with external vendors /clients.
Assist external vendors in their invoice submissions.
Monitor communications.
Other tasks may include arranging, attend and minute-taking for internal and external meetings and preparation of presentations.
Use your analytical skills to identify strategic improvement opportunities.
Implement solutions to improve legal department operations.
Extend a customer's organization to provide subject matter expertise, supported strategic, technology, or operational improvements to a legal department or law firm.
