Crealy Theme Park & Resort are currently recruiting for Welcome Hosts, to join our admissions, entry and guest services team, to give our guests a VIP service
As a Welcome Host team member, you will be one of the first (and last) team members that our guests interact with, delivering the most magical start and end to their day. Playing a key role in ensuring our guests have the most smooth, efficient, and memorable arrival and departure experience!
The Welcome Host teamwork in a variety of positions across our entrance and admission areas from selling, processing, and checking tickets, helping guests enter the park through our turnstiles or being on hand to answer any questions or queries that our guests may have.
Our ideal Welcome Hosts are friendly, approachable ‘people people,’ who love working outdoors in a fun and fast paced environment. You will be energetic, engaging, and positive nature, ensuring that we deliver memorable experiences to our guests during the long and busy days!
You are expected to be role models on delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst
Operating till systems
Selling tickets and Annual Passes
Helping guests at the turnstiles and ticket points
Looking after our VIP guests and our Annual Pass Holders
Sharing your Park Knowledge to answer queries from our guests
No experience is necessary as full training is provided but a passion for customer service, sales, and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must
The ideal candidate will:
- Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- Display confidence in supervising the public
- Possess an ability to work independently and as part of a larger team and enjoy sharing a passion for giving a great guest experience
This is a seasonal position that requires you to be available to work weekends, during school holiday periods as well as bank holidays.
Hours will be rostered in advance. Flexibility is also required from you to meet peak and off-peak demands of our opening.
