Assist Knowledge Development are a well-established training company who due to growth and an expanding portfolio of courses, are seeking to recruit a full-time training consultant/tutor.
The main duties will include:
· Training course delivery the majority of which is online with some in-person delivery at the AssistKD training centre in Central London and at customer sites around the UK.
· Management and maintenance of existing training courses.
· Development and review of examinations.
· Attendance and representation at industry events.
· Mentoring apprentices.
All staff benefit from ongoing professional and personal development.
Person Specification
Our training relates to the Business Analysis, Service Design and Business Change disciplines. Experience in one of these disciplines would be welcome but not essential.
Previous training or tutoring experience is desirable but perhaps more importantly, the personal skills and presence required to engage learners and communicate information in a clear and concise way. Perhaps your current role includes an element of training, and you are interested in expanding this in a new role.
Full training and support will be provided to build your expertise and confidence in training delivery.
Salary in the £50k-£60k range, depending on experience and a company pension scheme.
