Marketing Executive opportunity available for thriving boxChilli, a Digital Marketing Agency.
We are recruiting for a fast paced and fast growing company and are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive who can deliver results.
UK based applications only and you need to be able / willing to be onsite in our offices for 3 days per week.
We’re an expanding agency based in Waterlooville (just north of Portsmouth). We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant with at least 2 years’ commercial experience.
boxChilli was launched in 2006 with a simple ethos of ‘do good work’ and is still owned and run by our founder.
The directors of the business have been promoted though the business from other roles, so there’s great opportunities to progress.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote boxChilli and its services. This role will work closely with the SEO, PPC and Design & Development team to create targeted campaigns that boost engagement and drive sales.
The Role:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with Management to create targeted campaigns and identify opportunities
- Measure, report and review effectiveness of marketing campaigns
The Person:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques
- CIM qualification preferable but not essential
- Salary negotiable depending on experience
- 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)
