A reliable person, who is interested in museums, is required in the Whipple Museum. You will open the museum each day, supervise visitors in the galleries, record visitor numbers and answer simple questions about the collection, Outside of opening hours you will carry out some light cleaning duties in the galleries and assist in other 'behind the scenes' activities. Some mathematical proficiency is necessary. The museum is open each weekday from 12.30pm to 4.30pm.
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 6 months in the first instance.
Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment.
