*** Experienced Healthcare Assistants Required ** £12 (including holiday accrual pay)
We are currently recruiting experienced and caring healthcare assistants to work with our clients - care homes and hospices across Essex.
We offer flexible full-time and part-time hours, short shifts, long days and nights.
This is a fantastic opportunity to progress and provide exceptional and person-centred care for our elderly residents who have a range of varying and sometimes challenging needs, such as; Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Mental Health Conditions, Physical Disabilities and end of life care.
Your duties will include:
· Assisting With Personal Care.
· Actively promote the prevention of cross infection and safety
· Companionship – Interacting positively with our residents is essential.
· Promotion a calm and friendly environment
· Reporting to senior staff and nurses in charge.
· Always Ensuring safety of residents and staff
