An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join the A.M. London Fashion family!
You would be working on men’s, ladies and children’s clothing and accessories for a large UK account, reporting to the account manager.
What we are looking for some that has…
· good knowledge of how critical paths work to assist in maintaining on-time shipments from far-east suppliers and ensuring on-time retail customer deliveries.
· Knowledge and previous experience working with Landed and FOB shipments preferred. Will be required to arrange shipping documentation with factory base – PL, invoice, and BL.
· Assisting with the day to day running of the account alongside the account manager to support in administrative duties
· Getting involved in weekly CP meetings – informing the wider team on sample status and planning accordingly for fit and reporting back to customer on weekly trackers.
· Manage CP and intake into the business to hit forecasts, maintain good customer service levels and avoid any delays in production.
· Daily/weekly team calls with BD team and internal UK team to achieve goals
· Able to raise and amend purchase orders to suppliers on the in-house system, full training is provided.
· co-ordinate dispatch of samples and submissions to factories and retail customers.
· have excellent communication skills and be highly organized to assist in the smooth running of the department.
· be adaptable, a team player and have great initiative.
