Salutations everyone!
At Mr. Fogg's Tavern and Gin Parlour we are looking to hire full-time (45hrs) bar staff to complete our most wondrous Victorian team! Experience is not required, we are happy to teach you the job as longeth as thee has a valorous working attitude but it is forsooth a plus!
“Hospitality not service” is our motto and we believe that being able to engage with guests, present a menu and recommend a drink is as essential as nailing the perfect Ramos Gin Fizz or pouring a stout with style. Our goal is to create a memorable experience. As such, some floor shifts are part of the role and require versatility and flexibility.
The ideal candidates will have a real passion for hospitality, a unique and quirky personality, high standards and attention to detail, an aspiration to grow and a strong discipline.
Pay is competitive, depending on experience with additional service charge.
What we require:
- Flexibility with shifts: We open at 12pm and close at 1am so shifts can be day or night, but the rota is done purposely to ensure fair share of day and night shifts.
