Crema Limited is a fastgrowing Starbucks franchise based on the Isle of Man, with our first Drive Thru having been open ten months and plenty more exciting opportunities on the horizon
We are looking to add to our team of Baristas, with roles available covering both our Drive Thru, and high street sites.
Both full time and part time applicants will be considered.
The role will cover all workdays, including the busy weekends and evenings, so flexibility on availability is key.
As a Barista you create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing great quality beverages and products, served quickly with world class customer service in a clean and comfortable store environment.
The main areas of responsibility include:
Work quickly and accurately to serve customers and keep the store operating to brand standards.
Communicate effectively with managers and the team to create a clean and welcoming environment.
Providing fantastic customer service with a ‘customer comes first attitude’.
Knowledge and passion about coffee is beneficial, but not key, whilst applicants should have experience of working in retail, food and beverage or hospitality with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industry and being able to handle pressure well.
