Job Title: Freelance Luxury Events Sales Executive

As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Freelance Sales Executive to collaborate with our elite team.

Our Approach:
- Event Discovery: We kick off our engagement by understanding your needs and preferences. We aim to get a crystal-clear vision of your ideal event experience.
- Planning and Coordination: With the vision in mind, we work closely with you to create a detailed event plan. Our coordination with vendors and other parties ensures everything runs smoothly.
- Set Up and Implementation: We start bringing the plan to life, working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure all elements of the event are seamlessly executed.
- Experience Delivery: The final step is where everything comes together. Your vision comes to life, transforming an event into an unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through market research and generate leads for new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to clients.
- Negotiate contracts with potential clients, closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize events.
- Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Respond to client queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Report on sales performance periodically to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients.
- Provide feedback and ideas to improve provided services and product quality.
Additional Duties:
As a key freelance contributor to Crown, the Sales Executive will be expected to contribute to the growth of the company. This includes generating leads for potential new business, which comes with a commission percentage for each successful lead.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the events space - specifically luxury and corporate events.
- Knowledge of event management and the entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of digital in the event industry.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads independently.
- Proficient in CRM software.
