So what’s the mission of the Stylist role?
“To ensure our customers have a memorable & magical customer journey in our stores whilst providing a knowledgeable product styling experience”.
What does success look like in this role?
- Having full knowledge of our products and in-store services.
- Greeting & assisting customers, providing advice and guidance on styling.
- Creating a loyal customer base & making efficient sales.
