Main duties & responsibilities

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for directing and supervising staff at the Aberystwyth branch and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You will help ensure that the branch consistently delivers quality customer service and achieves sales targets and goals.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Oversees the day-to-day running of the Aberystwyth branch

• Provides guidance and leadership to employees to help them meet branch goals and objectives

• Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective customers, demonstrating excellent customer service

• Collaborates with other colleagues and managers across the branch network

Knowledge & Skills requirements

The ideal candidate will have following key skills:

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent sales, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good level of verbal and written communication skills
• Organised, with a good attention to detail
• Able to prioritise workload, delegating where appropriate
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
