HRAssistant
Due to business expansion nationally a HR Assistant is required to enhance the HR department staff of Allegiant Group Worldwide. The role mandates that the successful candidate assists with all aspects of the HR process as follows: -
Key responsibilities
· Assisting with relationship building and employee engagement
· Assisting with all aspects of new staff selection including on-boarding and off-boarding.
· Assisting the HR manager with employee training, and annual re-training
· Supporting various projects including change projects within the team
· Assisting with payroll and staff expense report auditing and processing
· Assisting with Rota management and staff scheduling
· Assisting the HR manager with monitoring and managing staff career development plan compliance
· Assisting with the maintaining of health and safety records for team staff
Skills & qualifications
· Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
· Accuracy and attention to detail are key features of the role.
· Enthusiastic, reliable team player
· An ability to prioritize workloads with a people focused approach
· Ability to work on own initiative, while maintaining good time management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
