Position: Recruitment Officer
Salary: £24 000

Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday (one late finish per week)

FGH Security is looking for a highly motivated and organised Recruitment Officer to join our Recruitment Team in Manchester.
Main Duties
- Carry out the administrative duties in the recruitment process, such as reviewing applications, organising interview and induction slots
- Deliver in person interviews
- Ensure that only high calibre candidates, that align with the company values are progressed to Screening
- Maintaining contact with candidates over phone and email throughout the recruitment process to ensure that each step is completed on schedule
- Deliver induction sessions and carry out all the necessary administrative duties before a new team member joins the team
