As Production Manager, you will report directly to the Operations Director and you will be joining a work family with drive, passion and the desire to continue to provide excellence in all aspects of production.
As an experienced Production Manager from within the food/FMCG sector, you will have the vision and drive to deliver best quality products every day and demonstrate your abilities to successfully manage operations; leading and delivering company objectives for continued growth and goals through the manufacturing plans and a range of KPIs.
There will be four main areas where you will hold responsibility:
- People - engaging with teams to realise their full potential and develop skills
- H&S - championing a safety first culture
- Quality - leading and implementing quality systems and programmes
- Cost - delivering budget and improvement plans across direct labour and materials
