Junior Project Manager
The 2M Group of Companies are recruiting for a Junior Project Manager. The successful candidate will support the
Portfolio Project Management office (PPMO) function and drive the delivery of the 2M portfolio of projects
supporting the business strategy. You will have the opportunity to work with high calibre expert providers working
on IT Business Transformation. You must be highly motivated and have experience in managing stakeholders,
dealing with people at all levels. Influencing skills with the ability to achieve consensus across multiple stakeholders
is a key attribute for this role. Projects are varied and diverse in nature, covering significant Strategic Business
Transformation, as well as operational Business functions. This individual will need to be flexible in their approach
to Portfolio and Project Management and have the ability to manage a variety of different projects across the
business.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the PPMO office in delivering wide-ranging projects across the 2M Group of companies UK &
Overseas.
- Assisting with and creating / maintaining Project Documentation inclusive of project plans, governance,
and risk logs for active projects
- Adoption of the Project Management Framework across multi-discipline business units
- Understand and enable business resource planning and business readiness/capacity for projects
Provide Project Management support to key projects independently or as part of a team
