THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is hiring a talented Scrum Master professional to join their team. They are looking for someone with Product Owner and Product Manager experience as well. If you're excited to be part of a winning team, the company is a great place to grow your career.
- Prior experience on a scrum team
- Familiar with Scaled Agile Framework principles
- Must have worked on at least 2 projects using works from that toolset
- GREAT Program Increment(PI) Planning and can teach the team to do it well.
- Know JIRA inside and out
- SCRUM Coach
- Have Product Owner and Product Management experience
- Ideally you have the experience to could pick up some of the initial clack that they are starting with.
- MUST be kind and curious
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- Comfortable managing 3-5 Scrum Teams using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Be a Scrum coach- this is important because you will have to get the going here.
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Support the product owner and provide education
This person can be located in the US or in London
4-6 months with the possibility of extending or converting to FTE
If you DO NOT have Product Management/Owner experience, they will most likely require 20 hours per week. With PM/PO, it will be 40 hours a week
