Senior Healthcare Assistant – West Wing

We currently have 2 vacancies for a Senior HCA on our Acute & Addictions Service on West Wing.
To be considered for this role you need to be flexible, enthusiastic and self motivated with a minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare.
Person specification:
- NVQ Level 2, equivalent or above or be willing to progress towards taking NVQ Level 2
- Fully compliant with mandatory training including Priory Academy
- To be, or to become, an internal trainer for mandatory staff training.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist qualified staff with assessment and implementation of patient care plans
- Induct and Mentor other HCAs
- To undertake specific tasks as stated
- To be willing to source further training to improve capabilities for self and staff
