About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Administrator to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. As a Mental Health Administrator, you'll support the delivery and management of face to face services, referral feedback and provide proactive support to the affiliate network.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, at our office in Glasgow.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.

Induction & Training: You'll receive a comprehensive induction and training programme from our specialist trainers, to set you up for success in your new role at AXA. Throughout your career with us, we'll provide you with all the support and training necessary to enhance your professional development.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as a key contact for the affiliate network dealing with incoming calls, email communications and post in a timely manner
  • Managing all formal referrals and liaising with referrers to give appropriate feedback in line with department procedures
  • Liaising with clinical staff to facilitate and manage referrals through Psychological Pathways including eligibility checks and treatment updates
  • Briefing affiliates on full case details, updating databases and ensuring data is accurate and current

About you

What we’re looking for:

  • Organisation and time management skills easily able to prioritise workload
  • Experience of handling confidential data would be beneficial
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong customer focus and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
