Educational Consultant (Ukrainian National)
This is an exciting and challenging role that offers scope for career progression, creative opportunities. Fantastic opportunity for New Starters you should have Ukrainian nationality, full training will be provided.
It is a client-facing role in Education that will require relationship building and management, regular academic and pastoral care of students and occasional networking and presenting in the private education sector.
We are looking for more than one addition to the team and are looking for varying degrees of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 30k per-annum plus Commission pay
Key Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work within a team on a number of projects
Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with people.
Good understanding of the UK education system
Passion for changing students' lives.
Strong emotional and critical intelligence
Preferred (One or more of the following)
Spoken Ukrainian to professional level
Spoken English to professional level
Basic Job responsibilities:
- Assess students’ academic ability, English ability, personality and disposition.
- Evaluate their interests and hobbies.
- Be able to choose suitable target schools to meet students expectations and requirements.
- Guide students towards attainable goals by creating lists of best fit reach universities
- Conduct formal consulting sessions with students, sharing notes and action items with students, and the wider team
- Maintain regular communication with students outside of formal sessions via email, WhatsApp and/or we-chat.
- Communication with Universities
- Build exclusive relationships with Universities.
Further Responsibilities when there is time
- Contribute to company marketing and business development.
- Represent the company at education events
