The MD will lead the day-to-day operations of an exciting, growing and dynamic hospitality business. A hospitality expert this is still a “hands on” roll as we are in growth. With 3 sites already and another one planned this year our first year has been an exciting one. We are a small team, so we all work together to build an outstanding business for the future. We need an inspirational leader to help guide us on the next phase.
Overview of the role
To create and drive the strategy for a growing hospitality business. As an “arms length” company part of the Sefton Council hospitality strategy we build inspiring hospitality spaces, breathing new life into buildings and communities in which we operate. Responsibilities
· Create and manage a scorecard approach to our business objectives and goals.
· Manage and support the team to deliver against key KPIs.
· Manage the day-to-day operations ensure compliance and growth plans are delivered.
· Evaluate, monitor and report on company performance.
· Working with the Chair create and implement an effective development strategy.
· Ensure our people are prioritised and we build talent pipelines into our business.
· Support our local communities ensuring we add values to the places we operate.
· Ensure we are an employer of choice and merit.
· Lead the team to deliver exception guest experiences.
Skills and Experience:
· Experience managing multi-outlet operations
· Have a passionate to deliver memory making customer experiences
· Excellent client and stakeholder management
· Commercially astute
· Strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills
· Confident, calm and resilient
· Experience in developing and executing business strategies to achieve both short and long term goals
· Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
· Able to excel in high-pressure situations
· Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £65,000.00 per year
