Care Assistant - (£11-£15/hr & £300 Starting Bonus.)

Blossom is different from other care providers where we have a minimum visit time of 50 minutes which means we have the time to deliver the care that people deserve and our care staff are not rushed or stressed. Care Assistant Benefits:
- Pay starting from £11 per hour with an overtime rate of £15 per hour
- Generous mileage allowance of 30p per mile

Care Assistant Duties:
- Supporting and assisting with all personal care requirements
- Providing companionship and supportive listening
- Observing and reporting any changes in the health or status of the patient
- Preparing meals and feeding patients
- Prompting and administering medication
- Domestic duties
- Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
Essential: Full driving licence and access to a reliable car and must work every other weekend.
If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Carer, Care Worker or Support Worker we would love to hear from you.
If you do not have experience, we provide full training from the start! If you have experience as a Cleaner, Cook, Mental health worker we would love to hear from you.
