We are seeking an organised, efficient and energetic Operations Manager to oversee the schedules, safe re-fuelling and comprehensive logistics of leisure Boat Trips out of a busy, local harbour.

This role requires a trustworthy individual who is passionate about performing in the role to the highest standard. A focus on safety is essential, while you must also be a 'people person' with a logistical mind capable of flexibly managing complex schedules, for both people and craft. A bonus incentive structure built in to the remuneration of the role will apply.
You must have a clean UK driving license and be willing to drive company vehicles.
