Joules of York Outlet are on the lookout for a brilliant Sales Assistant to join their team!
Step into a role as a Sales Assistant working in our stores on a permanent contract, where you will create an amazing shopping experience and bring festive joy to your local community. You will combine your expert understanding of the Joules products with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store.
What we are looking for:
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the brand ambassador of Joules York Outlet, where you will play your part in delivering store targets and key performance indicators to drive sales and maximise profitability. It is also important that you help create a welcoming and exceptional shopping experience that identifies our customers’ needs and fulfil them, and of course make them want to return. You are keen to work as part of a team and you play your part in ensuring the retail operational standards both on the shop floor and back of house are maintained at all times.
Flexibility within the role is vital and working as part of a team is crucial. Key holder experience is desirable. Candidates may need to be flexible to take on extra hours if required. Bank Holidays and working over the festive period present and future is also required.
