OFFICE MANAGER
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Office Manager to join our team.
Main Duties:
· Managing incoming enquiries.
· Working closely with director assisting him in admin and other ad hoc duties.
· Responsible for maintaining the daily work schedule to ensure customer expectations are met.
· Taking care of general administrative works like insurance, paperwork’s, office equipment, facilities etc.
Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
· Someone who is fluent in verbal and written English.
· Highly organised with excellent multi-tasking skills
· Confident, enthusiastic, and hardworking
· Able to work independently.
· Someone who is professional and has an organised approach to work.
· Someone who has the drive, enthusiasm, and passion for helping prospects/ new clients.
· Previous experience working in a Reception / PA position is essential.
· Ability to prioritise and organise.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
