This is a superb senior operations role within a senior living property developer.
Based in the South West of England, as the Regional operations Manager and reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for 4different senior living communities. You will be providing leadership and performance management to the managers of these communities, owning the P&L performance of the communities and supporting the general managers to drive income. With your expertise you will lead and transform the processes and functions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and overall performance of the communities; this will also include driving forward robust processes that result in outstanding customer experience thus creating future demand too.
This is an exciting opportunity that will combine the talents of a people focused leader who also has a commerciality within them to drive the P&L performance of their portfolio, supporting their regional managers, and acting as the main conduit to and from the central team London HQ.
Key skills, attributes and qualifications needed:

Proven track record of managing multi-site operations

The ability to lead and inspire people, as well as support and grow

Proven track record of managing operational resources to maximise profit

Experience in hospitality, gyms, student accommodation or other customer service focused organisations

Ability to successfully implement process improvements and change management

Willingness to change and develop with resilience and tenacity

Ability to drive and support change from within your team, as well as with our residents

Knowledge of service charges and/or Landlord and Tenant Act is preferable
This role will require travel to the different communities within a geographical area so it is essential that this person is based in the South West and is able to travel at least once a month to the different sites with some travel travel to central London when needed.
