Job Description

Flexible working: we support full-time, part-time, and flexible hours, with hybrid working available dependent on business need (generally 70% office 30% home-working split).

About Us

MI5 safeguards the UK against threats such as terrorism, espionage, cyber and sabotage. We investigate suspect individuals and organisations in the UK to obtain, collate, analyse and assess secret intelligence relating to these threats. Alongside our British Intelligence partners MI6 and GCHQ, we provide the UK government with the information they need to protect national security. This professional area ensures that our departments can work together effectively, and that outputs meet customer standards. The work is unique, varied and far from mundane, extending from cloud migrations and promoting Agile working, to developing teams and planning schedules. Roles in this area include:


Scrum Master

This role helps to foster a productive, effective and inclusive work environment. If you’re people-orientated, organised and proactive, you’ll support the team to engage, coordinate, and cooperate resolving isues effectively in an ever-evolving environment, coaching them as you help implement Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). You’ll be up-to-date on innovative new ideas and keen to share them, helping to move the business forward. You’ll also use your emotional intelligence to help staff settle in, learn and grow.
